We have used the Cutler Hammer PanelMate for many years as an operator interface for PLC's, these units have a great track record for dependability and service. Now Cutler Hammer has expanded the line to include a PanelMate Power Series and PanelMate PC. The PanelMate Power Series includes a 7.4" to 14" 640x480VGA 256-grayscale CRT or 256-color TFT display with either a touch panel or touch screen interface. The units communicate with all major PLC manufacturers and models with the capacity of 100 pages. The PanelMate PC comes with the same features as the Power Series but runs on a PC platform which is customer configurable.
Sensaphone has a nice SCADA controller (SCADA 3000) which communicates with a computer via data radio and/or ordinary phone lines. The units come with built in alarm notification and I/O with expansion capabilities with a front panel display option. These controllers come with free programming software, programmable in LADDER or C with PID functions and remote programming access.
Phoenix Contact has just released a DIN-RAIL mount utility outlet with a screw clamp terminal block. The outlet has a UR rating for 15/20AMPS @ 120VAC with a max. #10AWG wire. The housing is Ivory colored PVC 94V-0.
